TARIFf Guide
Our tariffs are based on a tiered system which is determined by the resident’s level of Activities of Daily Living (ADL). These daily activities include eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking), and continence.
The ADL is necessary in determining the type of long term care required, and is indicated fully below.
These guidelines are inclusive of all services, and are subject to adjustment once we have met with the potential resident. Our fees include all meals, laundry, TV and internet, nursing as well as full access to The state of the art Le Domaine Club and Village facilities.
We have a nursing practice number enabling you to claim the nursing portion of our monthly tariff from some medical aids.

CATEGORY BREAKDOWN
CATEGORY A (Independent)
Totally independent. Meets all ADL him/herself.
From R31 005.00 (Single Basic Room)
CATEGORY B (Assisted Living)
Partially independent. Requires some assistance (bathing, climbing stairs) but has the ability to achieve most of the ADL him/herself.
From R34 073.00 (Single Basic Room)
Assisted living tariffs inclusive of VAT. and are effective 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024
CATEGORY C (Frail Care)
Requires assistance with most of his/her ADL (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, walking).
From R29 318.00 (Triple Sharing Room)
CATEGORY D (Semi High)
Completely dependent.
Unable to achieve his/her ADL’s unassisted (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, eating, walking)
From R33 595.00 (Triple Sharing Room)
CATEGORY E (High)
Completely dependent. Unable to meet his/her ADL’s or Terminally ill/palliative care (the dying patient).

ONCE OFF FEES
A deposit of R7500 is to be paid prior to the resident's move into Le Domaine Care (alternatively the deposit may be paid over a period of no longer than three months). This deposit will be used to restore the unit to its original condition and/or to settle the Resident’s account in full (if applicable). The deposit, less an administration fee of R500, will be refunded if fixtures are in good condition and there is not an outstanding balance due on the Resident’s account.
A DAILY RATE OF R1967.00 IS AVAILABLE FOR SHORT-TERM OR POST-OPERATIVE CARE.
